Last Updated: October 3, 2019
Important Note on Usage: These terms apply to the text messaging functionality only, and are in addition to the AlltimePower® (ATP) terms of service, which continue to govern your use of ATP services.
User Fees. ATP does not charge fees to receive text messages; however, standard message and data rates may apply to all user mobile usage from your telecommunications provider.
Opting In. By selecting Text or SMS preferences, you have opted in to the text messaging service.
Opting Out. To stop receiving messages from ATP reply “STOP” or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Premium Message Blocks. If you have a premium message block on your mobile device and want to receive messages from ATP, first remove the block with your carrier, then opt in to texting on the ATP site.
User Data. ATP will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than our services; nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you provide information in connection with the ATP service, you agree not to use false or misleading information that you are not authorized to use. At our sole discretion, if we believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue appropriate legal remedies.
Warranty. ATP will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages connected with this Service. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
